Mexican recipes: Vegetarian Pozole

Ingredients:


1 kilo of precooked corn
½ kilo of cleaned and sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 bunch of squash blossoms cleaned and chopped
2 poblano chiles, roasted and cut into strips
1 bunch of radishes
1 head romaine lettuce
1 1/2 onion
3 garlic
50g chile de arbol
oregano to taste
trocidos cracklings gluten or gluten

How to prepare:

Thoroughly wash the corn, bring to the boil with enough water until smooth and burst. adds garlic, salt and a pinch of oregano.
In a pan with 2 tablespoons acreite, half an onion and fry the garlic, both finely chopped. Add the mushrooms, gluten, slits red and green peppers, the squash blossoms and salt to taste.
Add the mixture to the container where the corn is cooked. Season with salt and oregano.
Pair it with chopped radishes, diced onion, lemon and sauce.
